Responsibilities
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members for successful business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales, including outside sales and B2B sales
- Experience in business development and account management
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
- Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and a background in sales
- Additional skills in cold calling, product demos, and upselling
