Job Description: Seeking a motivated, experienced professional customer support associate with attention to detail, ability to manage and analyze data and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Effectively work with customers and respond to their inquires in a timely manner.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Receive and enter customer orders. Work with production to ensure customers schedules are met on time.
· Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions relative to scheduling customer orders.
· Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
· Work effectively in a team environment and provide a provide a positive work ethic.
Education: The applicant must have a two- or four-year accredited degree or equivalent experience.
