What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Technician position at Scott Manufacturing?
Scott Manufacturing, LLC is now seeking a self-motivated individual to handle Quality Assurance responsibilities for our Oklahoma City facility. Our company has been in business for over 75 years and we are looking for a long-term member that is capable of organizing internal and external customer requirements to meet our organizational goals.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct quality audits to customer specifications and company work instruction requirements. Lead Supplier and internal problem resolutions.
Investigate customer complaints through a Corrective Action Report providing team detailed findings, containment, and preventative actions.
Maintain quality logs including calibration, non-conforming material and finished product audits.
Maintain documentation to ISO standards for the facility.
Other tasks as assigned.
Conduct advanced product quality planning (new part acquisition) utilizing corporate software and work instructions.

Microsoft Office Programs
Use of ERP Systems
Advanced Time Management Utilization
Previous Experience in some type of Manufacturing
Blueprint Reading
