Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support the overall business objectives.
Duties
- Work with all departments to coordinate the completion of new projects as assigned
- Analyze and create BOM's for new items to ensure costs are accurate for new projects with use of time studies and other validation techniques
- Lead new project activities and follow up as needed to expedite completion with interaction to all departments
- Take lead on various planning duties for Operations to improve communications and meet project completion dates
- Develop better procedures for our more difficult product processes to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
- Lead BOM monitoring activities and update as needed for existing products
- Identifying and assigning project tasks as needed within Teams to ensure accurate information is provided to and from Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Manufacturing
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and project changes are determined
- Collaborating with management and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and goals
- Analyzing risks and opportunities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.57 - $19.62 per hour
