JOB SUMMARY:
Image Flooring is currently looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our team in Lenexa, KS.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Accounts Payable
o Enter invoices and match to PO's, cost verify
o Expenses
Accounts Receivable
o General Invoicing
o GC Draws/AIA's
Payroll
o Verify installer's daily time and coding
o Weekly processing
Administrative
o COI's
o Prequalification's
o Other misc. as directed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Pass drug screening and background check
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ideally, previous experience in construction billing
Reports to: Vice President
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
