The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, design trends, and regulatory requirements, along with proven success in leading a team and managing large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the company's healthcare solutions strategy to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their needs and provide customized, innovative furniture solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all aspects of project management for healthcare-related contracts, from initial design concepts to final installation and post-project support.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA, ADA, and other relevant industry guidelines.

Qualifications:
