We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the liaison between customers and our automotive service department, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their vehicle's service needs, providing recommendations, and coordinating necessary repairs and maintenance.

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer vehicle write up and check-in.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments.
- Producing repair orders and estimates.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document service requests.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Service Advisor and business owner to ensure seamless coordination and effective support.
- Collaborate closely with our skilled technicians to provide accurate service recommendations to customers.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, service requests, and appointments.
- Complete paperwork with care, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
