Scott Safety is a rapidly growing traffic control supplier serving customers throughout the state of Florida. We are currently in need of a Branch Location to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our locations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the traffic control operations and be a high-energy, motivated self-starter capable of managing multiple projects at a time. We need a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills who can work well with others. The branch manager works directly with the area manager to ensure the jobs are completed with maximum customer satisfaction. The successful candidate for this position will enjoy an excellent salary, performance bonuses and an industry leading benefits package, with limited travel within the South Florida region. Includes a company vehicle to use for company business & travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the work activities of a branch office.
- Design and implement Traffic Control (MOT) Plans
- Dispatch and oversee traffic control crews.
- Traveling to local jobs to audit crews and visit with clients.
- Make decisions on staffing and create schedules for each employee at the branch location.
- Manage numerical data to make sure the branch location is running in a profitable manner.
- Be able to lead the branch staff and guide them in the development of their careers.
- Analyze the financial health of the branch office and suggest ways to increase revenues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development and strategic planning
- Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Adobe, and Invarion MOT planning software
- Excellent negotiation and project management skills
- Effective customer relationship management and marketing capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills to foster team collaboration and client engagement

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
