Position Overview :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Solution Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' complex supply chain challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis and a proven ability to align technology capabilities with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
- Present customized solutions using Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse that align with client needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse.
- Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Configure and customize Kinaxis Maestro / RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
- Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
- Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
- Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.
