Job Description :
Duties / Responsibilities
- Facilitate the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
- Perform bookkeeping procedures for food and supply purchases within the department. Processing invoices for payment and credit to accounts payable. Complete end of the month financial reports accurately and within established timeframes.
- Stocking and tracking supplies to various departments.
- Costing of dietary issues and catering functions.
- File paperwork correctly and systematically for efficient retrieval
- Work with confidential information in a professional and responsible manner
- Assists with various aspects of catering service or in the dietary department.
