Customer Service Representative - Dispatch

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. This position requires a versatile skill set, the ability to multi-task, and the capability to perform under pressure while making sound decisions. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is upheld during every client interaction.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, availability from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • Summer schedule requires working Saturdays with hours from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.
  • Choice of an alternate day off from Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling
  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for service.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and coordinate solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments based on technician specialties, availability, and location to maximize efficiency.
  • Support the scheduling of service maintenance, equipment breakdowns, and new equipment installations.
  • Respond to email and web portal inquiries for scheduling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the company, ensuring clear, consistent, and positive communication across all departments.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

    • SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for delivering top-quality service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs.
