About Scottsdale Bible Church (SBC):
This position is located at our beautiful North Ridge campus on Dynamite and 64th Street in north Scottsdale. God has faithfully grown SBC from a humble beginning of 13 people in 1962 to more than 6,500 meeting weekly on four campuses. With plans to start other multi-site campuses in the coming years, we continue to press forward to take the message of Jesus into our communities throughout the Valley!

As the YTH Worship Leader, you are a vital part of the Team, responsible for carrying on the Vision, Mission and Values of SBC. In this role, you will report to the Campus Worship Pastor and are responsible for continuing the culture of worship in Student Ministries as well as to train up students to lead and serve in all areas of worship.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
- Program and lead YTH worship 3 of 4 weekends a month
- Work closely with the Worship Arts Pastors to unify the musical worship culture of Scottsdale Bible Church
- Create and implement a philosophy of worship for the students of Scottsdale Bible Church (SBC) alongside the Worship Arts Pastor
- Oversee rehearsals and create a fun atmosphere for students to serve in
- Be responsible for the spiritual care of student volunteers
- Be on platform alongside the Worship Arts Pastor in the main campus service once a month

SBC does not participate in COBRA or Unemployment Insurance.
This position does not qualify for a telecommuting arrangement.
