Counselor
Location : Scottsdale, AZ
The Counselor is responsible for providing residential behavioral health treatment and transitional care services as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team. Under the Supervision of a licensed clinical provider, the therapist fulfills direct service, including individual, couple / family and group psychotherapy, consultations, and crisis intervention.

Pay : Ranging from $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
Responsibilities
Responsible for the quality of clinical treatment for each client and their family.Carry a clinical case load which is determined by the Clinical Director. Additional support may include providing coverage as needed to support client's clinical needs.Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, supervisions, outreach and public-speaking events and staff meetings, as assigned.Conduct and participate in assessments of clients at the time of admission and reassessments as required.Timely and accurate clinical record documentation including progress reports and notes, admission and discharge summaries, treatment plan updates, and supporting auxiliary and support staff with requisite documentation needs.Attend weekly individual supervision as directed by licensure status or Clinical Director.Maintain active presence in the therapeutic milieu and proactively attend to emergent issues and dynamics as needed to help manage the day-to-day clinical program.Fully understand or demonstrate ability to utilize resources regarding Anew policy and procedures, professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality; monitor documents according to company and HIPAA policies.Model appropriate interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and boundaries.Ability to demonstrate awareness and respect for cultural, lifestyle, age, gender, and sexual orientation diversities of clients and staff; apply knowledge of age, gender, and multi-cultural counseling skills.Qualifications
Associate license or license eligible PhD, PsyD, LMFT or LCSW.Specific, required, current, and active licensure, registration, or certification information must be maintained and in good standing.Have a valid driver's license in good standing and auto insurance.Successfully complete drug screen and comprehensive background check.Ability to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.
