Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone systems and in-person, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and 10 key typing.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and support during procedures.
