DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS CRITICAL ROLE
The Patient Concierge is a critical position. You're the first friendly face every person who visits our office sees, our referring colleagues here and the person who makes the lasting impression as they leave. Overall, you are responsible for ensuring every patient is well taken care of by providing world-class service to current and future patients, ensuring each has the kind of experience that makes them feel welcomed and comfortable, addressing questions and concerns efficiently and effectively.

As the office continues to evolve, so will the duties for all team members. Opportunities for additional training, certifications and licenses are part of the positive culture in our growing practice. We welcome and encourage cross training of all departments and support the desire to achieve this.
We are looking to hire immediately as our wonderful team member will be relocating. Great 4 day work week and hours! Monday-Thursday 7am to 3pm with a 6 : 30am arrival time for morning huddle attendance.
