What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgical Dental Assistant position at Scottsdale Implants & Periodontics?
Are you an experienced Surgical Assistant wanting more professional growth or do you work in a general practice but Implants and surgery are your thing? We must meet!
Our private / non-corporate Oral Surgery / Perio practice looking for an assistant 3 days 7am to 3pm. We have super cool lasers, do IV sedation, PRF and AO4's. This is an awesome opportunity for someone that wants to take their assisting career to the next level or for an experienced surgical assistant that is tired of the corporate treadmill.
The ideal candidate will have experience in surgical assisting, strong knowledge of infection control protocols, and excellent patient care skills.
Responsibilities :
- Assist during periodontal and oral surgery procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment
