I am seeking to hire a motivated LAC to join my private practice located in the heart of beautiful Old Town Scottsdale! This job includes the use of a private office space and a receptionist to assist with greeting and checking in your clients. This would be a hybrid position- working remote seeing clients via telehealth (create your own schedule) with working in office 2-3 days per week to see clients in person.This job requires seeing a minimum of 20 clients most weeks (not including vacation time), and you can choose how you would like to structure your schedule based upon what works for you. Our established practice is able to provide the client referrals needed for you to quickly build up your desired caseload. Some benefits of this position include : required clinical supervision hours to meet board of behavioral health requirements, flexible work schedule, training & support in learning how to run a private practice, managed billing, use of EMR system, regular monthly pay structure and a generous majority split, included marketing / website advertising, and joining an already established practice that has a full wait list of clients seeking therapy.
