To accomplish this, we are seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individual ABA programming for multiple cases, supervising a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), parent trainings, and group supervision.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will track data to identify where programming and behavioral changes can be made, and monitor instruction to ensure the highest quality of care.

You are seeking a full time employment position with a company you can grow with over time. You are within 6-9 months of AZ Behavior Analyst licensure, have a minimum of 1-2 years direct therapy/clinic experience and you have a passion for serving children between the ages of 2-10.

- Provide an excellent customer service experience and form very close relationships with patients and their families
- Have a passion for serving special needs children between the ages of 2-10 years old
- Will engage in continuous professional development activities
