Here is a little more about what you will be doing :
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing MEP / HVAC / Plumbing construction projects from inception to completion.
Assist in creating detailed project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.
Coordinate with engineering teams, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly on milestones and potential risks.
Assist in managing project budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Participate in project meetings and provide valuable input to resolve issues and improve project efficiency.
Collaborate with the safety team to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to industry-specific safety regulations.
Here is the background and experience we are looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in MEP / HVAC / Plumbing construction projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, or other relevant software is a plus.
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
