We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with Mid-Highrise experience to join an ENR TOP 75 GC in their Tampa Bay office. This is a privately held GC with offices throughout the US. The company's portfolio includes a wide range of sectors, including luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hospitality, K-12, etc.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related discipline or 5 years' experience
- 4 years' experience as a Project Manager on hotel or high-rise construction projects
- Strong computer skills are a necessity, including familiarity with construction project management applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and are required to interface directly with trade contractors, owners' representatives, the design team, building departments and other team members
- Strong leadership skills are required
- Project management finance skills are required
