Currently seeking a Construction Superintendent with extensive Education experience for an ENR Top 50 GC in their Tampa office. Projects will encompass Charter Schools in the SE Region. Our client has more than 75 years in business with offices throughout the US. Must be able to travel as needed.
Responsibilities Include :
- Manage subcontractor performance.
- Develop and track CPM schedules.
- Manage overall construction budgets and safety program.
- Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
- Assist project team with material procurement process and incorporate into master schedule.
- Travel for projects as needed.
