Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and building new business opportunities within the Healthcare domain for recruitment and staffing services.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to attract new Clinical / Non-Clinical / Allied healthcare clients i.e. VMS, MSP, Direct Clients, Hospital chains, Payer organizations etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work onsite one day a week to engage with the team and clients, while managing remote work effectively for the rest of week.
