Shift - Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)
Contract - 13 weeks
Description :
- Home Health LPN - Lacey WA and Surrounding Areas

- This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
- Ratios : 1 : 1 (
- May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
- Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
- First-Timers Accepted : Yes
- Weekend REQ : No
- Certs REQ : BLS
- Skills REQ : Prefer 1 year of home health experience. Experience with EPIC remote client is a plus. Skills needed include wound care, wound vacs, catheter (foley, suprapubic, male and female), venipuncture, and ostomy care. Experience with trachs and pleurex is a plus. Varying and diverse diagnoses seen but commonly include HF, COPD, DM, wounds, Parkinson's, MS, joint replacements.
