JOB DESCRIPTION : - Having 9-11 years of experience in UX skillsets- Having good experience in UX design- Should have knowledge in Figma and other UX design tools- Should be able to work with client and design the UI- Should be able to guide the team how to implement the approved UI designs- Should have knowledge in Jenkin, CICD- Should lead and participate in Requirements, Development, Testing, Production deployment and Support- Contribute to and drive UX quality across products, devices and territories- Responsible for creation of discovery deliverables including initial sketches and prototypes for exploration and problem solving, personas, user journeys and initial storyboarding- Deep-diving into users, validation of personasActively contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions as requested- Design user experiences for new applications- Gather user experience requirements through person to person interviews- Review data to drive decisions- Champion UX best practices"
