Scout Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our hospital team. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and supervise nursing staff in various units including ER.
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients based on their individual needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Previous experience in nursing management and direct patient care.
  • Certifications in Trauma Nursing Core Course, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit preferred.
  • Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS.
