📍 Location: Eastpointe, MI

💰 Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 Benefits Possible Profit Sharing

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-equipped, growing veterinary practice. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating small and large breed animals, ensuring high-quality care with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-rays, an in-house lab, and advanced ultrasound equipment. If you have 2-3 years of experience, a passion for animal health, and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations, medical treatments, and surgeries as needed.
• Conduct routine exams, vaccinations, and preventive care.
• Utilize modern lab procedures and diagnostic testing, including parasitology and hematology.
• Work collaboratively with vet techs, assistants, and admin staff to provide excellent patient care.
• Educate pet owners on treatment options and preventive health.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years as a licensed Veterinarian.
• Education & Licenses: Valid Michigan Veterinary License, Privilege License, and DEA License.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication abilities.
• Culture Fit: Team player with a patient-first approach and a commitment to collaborative care.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Flexible options: Full-time or part-time available.
• Shifts: 6-10 hours, Tuesday – Saturday (weekend shifts may be required).
• Patient Volume: 15-minute wellness visits, 30-minute sick visits.
• No emergency/on-call responsibilities.
