Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Business Coach to support and guide Scout & Molly’s franchisees in achieving operational excellence and driving store performance. This individual will play a key role in fostering franchisee success through consistent communication, training, and in-person support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Scout & Molly’s franchisees, providing operational guidance and support.
- Ensure each franchise location is visited at least once a year to assess operations, coach staff, and provide hands-on assistance.
- Travel to support new store openings, including training and operational setup.
- Evaluate and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Assist franchisees in achieving key financial benchmarks.
- Facilitate regular communication to ensure franchisees stay aligned with company standards, updates, and initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for franchisees and store teams, both in-office and on-site.
- Oversee franchisee adoption and utilization of company technology platforms, ensuring proper implementation and use to drive efficiency and performance.
- Quickly learn new systems and technology platforms, providing franchisees with guidance and support to maximize their effectiveness.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
- Proven experience running a boutique or overseeing a retail department generating $1 million in annual revenue or managing multi-million-dollar operations.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, implement, and oversee technology platforms and tools to enhance operations and reporting.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Highly organized and results-driven with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation.
- Must reside in the Greater Philadelphia Area or be willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 times per month for store visits and openings.
- Availability to work in-office 3–4 days per week, depending on travel schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Franchise experience in a retail or boutique environment.
- Familiarity with retail performance metrics and KPI management.
- Experience using retail management software and systems.
