Field Service Supervisor

JOB TITLE: Field Service Supervisor

REPORTS TO: District Manager (dependent on region)

JOB SUMMARY: Oversee the successful installation of Scout equipment and contribute to the company’s continued success in the field by coordinating with customers, field personnel, and upper management.

PAY RANGE: Minimum $100,000/year

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Oversees the installation of new or modified equipment at customer's locations to ensure full functionality according to customer’s specifications.
• Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
• Coordinates with customers, personnel, and shop to set up equipment requirements and delivery/service times.
• Inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem, recommends and coordinates repair, replacement, or correction action.
• Prepares weekly forecast of customer progress on current jobs and upcoming demand.
• Adheres, enforces company policies and safety.
• Develops, conducts, and monitors training on the safe operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including co-workers and customers.
• Conducts customer location safety compliance inspections.
• Provides customer feedback to comply with ISO 9001 requirements.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least two years' experience in oilfield service work or related.

• PEC – Safeland certification preferred though not required.
• H2S fit testing certification preferred though not required.

Required skills/Abilities:

• High pressure testing and big bore experience.
• Disciplined and organized approach to work demonstrating integrity and trust.
• Highly motivated to work in sometimes challenging outdoor conditions.
• Ability to work well with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Willingness to learn, be taught and take pride in a job done well.

Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs at times.
• Ability to walk around field locations and shop facilities for extended periods.
• Long periods of sitting and operating a motor vehicle.
• Consistent ability to work outside in the elements and sometimes challenging outdoor conditions.
• Must have the ability to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, push, and pull.
• Normal vision, with the aid of corrective lenses or devices as needed.
• Ability to operate hand tools and other productivity equipment in the workplace.
