Job Summary : The Business Office Manager is primarily responsible for supporting camp operations including administrative tasks, purchasing, and program support.

Wage - $516.00- 584.00 per week after R&B of $45.00 / week
Key Responsibilities :
Support and assist with purchasing program supplies and Trading Post supplies.Support and assist with Trading Post operations including end of day and start of day operations.Assist in the preparation of check-in day and check-out day packets and troop communicationOversee the Maverick program including pre-camp communication, on-site arrangement, and general care of MavericksSupport and assist with onsite documentation for the annual Health inspection and NCAP visitation.Support onsite and offsite communication including emergent radio traffic, emails, and social media.Maintain the business office and commissary area to be clean and organized.Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Camp Director.Physical Demands :

18 years of age or olderPositive attitude and willingness to work hours without a set scheduleSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAvailable to work all summerAbility to live on site during the summer season working flexible hours, including evening and weekends, as program scheduling requires.Have or be willing to obtain membership in Scouting America.Have or be willing to obtain Live Scan background check.All camp staff must have a completed annual physical done by a medical provider prior to the start of the summer camp season.Summer Camp experience preferred.Benefits :

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of renewal based on program success.Work involves significant outdoor activity and exposure to varying weather conditions.Working in a camp environment includes providing customer service, solving problems, and cooperation with others, regardless of your title.
