**Job Title:** Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant to join our team at Baptist Health - Fort Smith. Our ICU is an open unit, utilizing the Epic EMR system.
Shift Information:
- Census: 194 beds
- Schedule: 7on/7off rotation with varying shifts including days (7a-7p), swing (12p-12a), and nights (7p-7a)
- Staffing Ratio: 2 NP/PA per hospitalist
Requirements:
- AGACNP certification required for ACNP candidates
- At least 1 year of hospital medicine experience preferred
