7 on / off schedule Qualifications :
Physicians : Board Certified / Board Eligible - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Nurse Practitioners : ACNP and AGACNP certifications with at least 1 year of HM experience preferred
Physician Assistants : Prefer at least 1 year of HM experience
