Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be a board-certified Physician with 2 years of experience as a hospitalist, and preferably, 2 years in a leadership role. The selected candidate will work within our Integrated SCP Health Emergency Department Team, handling codes and providing high-quality patient care.
About the Position
- Work in a dynamic environment with an average daily census of 55 patients and 15-18 patients per physician.
- Participate in a 7 on/7 off block schedule with 12-hour shifts, ensuring adequate rest and minimizing burnout.
- Round with 3 physicians during the day and 1 at night, fostering a collaborative approach to patient care.
