Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve patient outcomes and streamline processes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality care and safety
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in internal medicine or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital medicine or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
