What you'll be doing : Talent Acquisition
This role will provide overall strategic direction for the design and delivery of enterprise Recruiting programs and processes that will amplify the company's strategic growth initiatives. This influential senior leader will create best-in-class high volume recruiting strategies and programs to ensure successful acquisition of top corporate talent, at scale.A superb collaborator who will build relationships across the organization to ensure the talent strategy aligns with the overall business strategy and who has successfully influenced a cohesive and collaborative recruitment culture to support business needs.Lead and drive the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the candidate pipeline is sufficient with top talent to meet workforce needs and all sourcing and talent acquisition activities are consistent with SCP Health policies and standardsWork closely with senior leadership to understand the changing and dynamic work environment and the evolving competencies required to be successful in rolesDevelop and apply scorecard metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the recruiting efforts in the organizationWork closely with the HR Centers of Excellence and HR Business PartnersBuild recruiter capabilities to take advantage of technology, social networking platforms, and other means of sourcing to identify and attract talent.HR Services Center
Identifies, innovates, and presents human resources opportunities that improve operations, reduce costs, increase efficiency, or have a potential positive impact on SCP operationsServes as an escalation point on the tactical committee for special terms for Clinical contracting approvals; Oversees the HR liaison for employment agreement issues and / or discrepanciesServe as an internal consultant to the HRBPs, COEs and stakeholders across the organization on a variety of HR topics including but not limited to HR policies, compliance issues and ensuring standardization of processesSupport key HR processes across relevant business functions in collaboration with HRBPs for supporting achievement of strategic objectives.Close operational and strategic coordination with Payroll, Operations, Legal and all HR COEs in developing, implementing, and evaluating processes, functions, and activitiesProvides guidance to payroll and operations for payroll related decisions and issuesServes as a member of the HR Process Improvement Council; Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of existing HR technologies and lead upgrades or changes to enhance system performance and user experience; Drive efficiency and standardization by streamlining HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability through enhancement and optimizationDevelop and maintain a solid framework for data management; Provides leadership and oversees employee information collection, analysis, and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrityWho / What we are looking for :
Ten (10) years of leading Recruiting teams or HR Operations and an equivalent combination of education, experience, and / or training.Bachelor's degree. Master's degree, preferred. Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Prior experience leading a recruiting team requiredPrior experience leading an operations / services team requiredBroad business acumen and leadership knowledge with a strong ability to influence.Ability to thrive in complex environments and manage and bring clarity to ambiguous situationsStrong business insight and analytical skills; comfortable using metrics to inform and influence decisions.Use data to understand employee issues and drive solutions for change.Ensuring timely and successful management of multiple priorities to completion.Highly efficient, collaborative, and organized.Executive presence with effective communication and oral presentation skills.Highly refined and effective relationship building skills.Excellent critical thinking and emotional intelligence capabilitiesCERTIFICATES AND LICENSES :
