Sack Properties is looking for an experienced Sr. Assistant Community Director who can support multiple sites within our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, looking for a great career opportunity with our growing Property Management company.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Responsible for financial analysis and working with Sr. Community Director to meet our financial goals.
- Maintain quality control of property including curb appeal and inspections.
- Responsible for all resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist with the management of maintenance programs and participate in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
- Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the marketing plan for the site.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Properties.
- Create a positive work environment to attain company objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications •
- 4 years’ experience in Property Management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
