Position Summary

Sack Properties is looking for an experienced Sr. Assistant Community Director who can support multiple sites within our portfolio. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, looking for a great career opportunity with our growing Property Management company.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions

  • Responsible for financial analysis and working with Sr. Community Director to meet our financial goals.
  • Maintain quality control of property including curb appeal and inspections.
  • Responsible for all resident concerns and staying up to date on all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the management of maintenance programs and participate in the smooth execution of capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the marketing plan for the site.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Properties.
  • Create a positive work environment to attain company objectives.

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • 4 years’ experience in Property Management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
