SCR Collision is looking for a very dependable person with excellent customer service skills.
Job Description:
Answer heavy call volume
Greet and assist clients that come into our office
Educate customers about the collision repair process
Perform confidential admin functions
Provide Repair status updates as needed
Communicate with repair planner as needed to get updates
Post parts and post payments in CCCOne
Provide support as needed to office staff and management
Ensure the front office is presentable at all times.
Provide CSR Support
Light AP duties
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
Experience in Auto body Shop is a plus!
Able to use Dropbox, Word, Excel
Position Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and able to work in a busy fast paced office environment
Must be reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
