What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a full-time Electronic Monitoring Agent to support our Monterey County programs. Your work will include :
- Conducting intakes, including screenings and assessments
- Managing all new referrals, including scheduling and managing all enrollments and installations
- Install, remove, and conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of our equipment
- Manage daily alerts
- Conduct other related services such as home detention monitoring and drug testing
