Party Host Server Hourly Rate Tipping Pool Party Bonus
As a party host server at Scramble you must be friendly, outgoing, and ready to communicate effectively about the wonderful and unique opportunities Scramble provides children and their families for clean, safe fun. In this role, you must always: look presentable, smile and be polite; prioritize safety, security and service; be ready to act in an emergency. Scramble offers competitive pay rates, split shifts, and a general team tipping pool and party tipping bonus which can amount to an additional $4 per hour in compensation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Enthusiastically leads groups through their scheduled party experience.
- Greet, acknowledge and interact with host guest and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assists with the general maintenance/upkeep of party room; set up and clean-up party rooms.
- Serves food, beverages and alcohol
- Enforce rules of play, regulations and party time frame.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Part-time or Full-time hours are available

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of one year of management experience required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
No supervisory responsibility
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in the English language.
