Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or feedback, resolving issues to ensure a 5-star review.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase the restaurant’s online and in-house presence.
- Collaborate with influencers, local businesses, and community groups to boost the restaurant’s foot traffic and monthly sales.
- Create and manage P&L statements and operating budgets.
- Analyze sales reports and guest feedback to adjust strategies that will increase guest visits and revenue.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on sales, marketing performance, and guest feedback to restaurant ownership.
- Optimize front-of-house operations to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Manage front-of-house inventory to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve resource efficiency.
Qualifications
