Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed monthly goals
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs
- Assign digital leads to the sales team
- Assist sales consultants in the negotiation process to ensure compliance
- Provide support, training, and mentorship to the sales team
- Consistently engage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals, along with professional growth and development
- Build relationships with customers to provide appropriate recommendations and assistance in the sales process
- Analyze market trends, data, and sales metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Oversee and manage vehicle inventory
- 3 years of sales management experience required
- Experience with CDK, V-Auto, E-Leads
- Experience in team leadership and development
- Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and monthly goals
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines for sales processes
