Medical Technologist
Full-time, Nights (11 pm - 7 am)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology is required.
- Requires graduation from an accredited Medical Technology program and passing a national exam given by the Board of Registry of the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
- Laboratory training through an accredited laboratory school is preferred.
- One to two years experience in a generalist role is preferred.
- Will consider candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (biological or chemical sciences) and who are eligible for certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP).
About the Job:
- Performs manual and automated routine blood tests.
- Prepares specimens for microscope examination.
- Operates state of the art laboratory equipment including centrifuges, dry bath incubators, and blood bank refrigerators.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks; a certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
