What are the responsibilities and job description for the Game Day Production position at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Railriders?
The Scranton-Wilkes/Barre RailRiders, Triple-A Affiliate of the New York Yankees are seeking Game Day Production staff. Available positions include: Technical Director, Replay operator, Videoboard operator, Graphics operator, Camera operator, Linescore operator, DakStats and Audioboard operator. The RailRiders are looking for individuals, including college students, that have live production experience and an interest in learning more about in-game presentation and sports broadcast production.

- Ability to work 50% of the RailRiders home games in 2025 from April - September.
- An understanding of audio/visual equipment including cameras, tripods, tv monitors and more.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of baseball.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be a hardworking and motivated individual with an interest in live production and broadcasting. Willingness and open minded in learning control room duties.
Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in various game-day roles including Daktronics scoreboard operation, Audioboard operation, Technical Director, camera operator and more.
- Set up and break down of equipment before and after the conclusion of each game.
- Assist with camera operation and graphic implementation.
- Operate cameras during home games, capturing footage of game action and in game entertainment.
- Manage and maintain camera equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and edit graphics to be used during live broadcast.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with members of the front office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Game Day Operations
