Working with the senior leaders within the agency and the rest of the marketing and other agency teams the Demand Gen & ABM Manager / Director
Conceives go-to-market initiatives, and scopes, plans, develops and launches marketing campaignsDrives demand generation utilizing both traditional and ABM approaches, by leveraging deep knowledge of the related processes, systems and media optionsWorks on several client projects at a time and properly prioritizes the work to drive optimal results for our clients.Manages projects to client expectations, maintains day-to-day client relationships, and directs the work of more junior team members.Typical daily Responsibilities
Research and Strategy
Conduct competitive, channel and media research to formulate digital and demand gen strategies and recommendationsDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies to create growth – across channels, verticals, segments, with a dual funnel approachDeploy ABM approaches to audience targeting, scoping and sourcing to ensure optimum reach and engagementWork with Content and Design teams to strategize and produce campaign-focused marketing content and collateral in various formats and mediaMarketing Campaigns
Develop, execute and report on lead generation campaigns across channels : organic and paid search and social, content syndication, list acquisition, email marketing, lead nurturing campaigns, affiliate and partner marketing as well as Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaignsOptimize and manage campaigns to target personas, segments, across the buyers’ journey and drive engaged accounts, MQLs and sales pipeline.Recommend website and improvements to support demand generation initiatives. Optimize media channels, through touch points through deep analytics, insights and A / B testing.Assist clients with marketing operations – marketing automation tools implementation and management, dashboards, analytics and reportingMeasure and optimize acquisition and conversion across the funnelReporting, Team and Account Management
Report periodically to clients on status of projects and work activities, manage expectations and resultsBuild client relationships and work tirelessly to achieve results for clientsProvide guidance, training and mentorship of marketing team membersRequirements
3 - 5 for Manager and 5 -10 years for Director-level, of B2B technology demand generation experience; both in traditional, inbound approaches as well as ABM campaignsProven experience with ABM campaign strategy and deployment, and hands on proficiency with specific ABM tools and platformsThe ability to frame problems and come up with solutions and then sell ideas, concepts and programs both internally and with clientsClient relationship building skillsAbility to incorporate direction from multiple sources, and handle feedbackA passion for constant learning and desire to be at the cutting edge of what’s working in B2B tech marketing; ability to develop deep understanding of client technologies and industries; and keep abreast of trending conversations in the technology space by monitoring media coverage, industry studies and commentary, etc.Great interpersonal skills : can work effectively in a team environment and maintain composure and quality of work while under deadline.Strong background in digital marketing tools and systems – from Google Analytics, Google AdWords to marketing automation systems / SFDC, and various other tools across the marketing technology stackAnalytical and data-drivenThe position requires a highly-organized individual with strong demand generation and proven experience taking ownership of and managing multiple projects.
