Join us during a period of rapid growth in AI and Machine Learning. You'll use these technologies to bring the power of AI into Scratchpad to help turn a sea of signals into actionable insights and help sellers stay focused on delivering value to their customers.
About You
- User-Focused. You put the user first with a keen sense of how your code will impact the user's experience in terms of performance, security and usability
- Language Agnostic. We use a lightweight tech stack of Postgres, Go and Vue
- Team Player. You're proactive; you can jump in and help clarify specs, work with users to understand bugs, etc.
- Experienced . 6 years as a backend engineer. You possess strong coding and technical written / verbal communication skills. You have experience designing and implementing distributed systems and a strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms
- Goal Oriented. Problem-solver mindset who's biased towards action and getting stuff done
- Experimental. You're staying up to date on developments in AI and interested in testing out how it can impact users
- Self Aware. You don't shy away from asking for help and are unafraid to say, "I don't know"

The estimated base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $205,000. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
