The OpportunityWe are searching for a visionary Executive Chef to spearhead this brand-new culinary venture. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop innovative menus, source high-quality ingredients, and build a kitchen team that delivers exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a distinctive menu that aligns with our resort’s concept and vision.
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain high standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability while ensuring quality is never compromised.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a talented culinary team that takes pride in delivering excellence.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and taste, making every dish a masterpiece.
