Screen Graphics is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in our production workflow, ensuring high-quality designs that meet both company standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities
Design & Production Execution
- Create and prepare print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Modify, edit, and adapt existing designs to fit various production needs.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure version control for all projects.
Workflow & Efficiency
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Work closely with the production team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing templates and standardized design procedures for improved workflow.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Conduct quality checks on all artwork to ensure print accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure that all designs align with company branding and customer requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality.
Collaboration & Client Interaction
- Work alongside sales and customer service teams to understand client needs and deliver solutions.
- Address and resolve design-related issues during production to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a production design role, preferably in a print or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other industry-standard design software.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy in print production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
