Job description
Launch of an environment to physically and electrically evaluate the performance of SCREEN equipment to provide feedback to the development department, and construction of a system to improve equipment performance. SCREEN has global presence in Japan, Taiwan, US and Europe.
Specifically,
- Establishment of laboratory targets and management policies, and acquisition of members necessary for activities
- Design and creation of TEGs that can evaluate shape and electrical defect density (DD) using patterned wafers, and lot flow and evaluation
- In the future, design and development of functional TEGs that can evaluate new processes / materials
- Through the above development, in collaboration with the equipment / process development department, feedback of the correlation of data linked to chemicals, process conditions, chamber materials, process performance, variation, and DD for equipment development.
Bachelor or higher degree in Science or Engineering.
