Supply Chain Planner - Semiconductor
Exciting opportunity in the semiconductor industry for a Supply Chain Planner/Customer Service Representative. You will be working with some of the most important, critical, and high-profile customers in the industry. Your role will be vital to the operation.
This position will support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to urgent inquiries. Position will be involved in the acquisition of goods on behalf of the customer ensuring that needed items are obtained in a timely manner. Process purchase orders, track order deliveries, work with select carriers, investigate problems, record purchases, manage inventory, and maintain databases.
The position will handle urgent orders, replenishment, part code creation, interfacing with customers, internal record keeping, external meetings, and much more. Position will utilize both the customer’s web-based system in addition to our internal ERP system.
Must be detail oriented with close attention to detail. Will need to read through material and become engaged in the entire process. Will work with limited supervision after fully trained. Responsibilities will expand as time progresses.

- HS Diploma required.
- AA/AS Degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience
- Sage 100 experience a plus.
