About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with a background in warehouse operations and an interest in technical equipment. You'll be responsible for shipping/receiving, inventory management, and prepping field-ready equipment. You'll also support basic diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our high-tech GPR and NDT gear. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare, stage, and inspect equipment for demos, rentals, and repairs
- Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and basic functionality checks on equipment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely gear turnaround and support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse space
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or equipment support
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy or mechanically inclined—comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, inventory software)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment
- Bonus: Technical repair background
