Throughout the holidays, we'll be reviewing every application as we seek to hire 3 Technicians from January to March 2025 and contacting candidates for personal interviews.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors daily.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive work ethic.
- Clean driving record and ability to drive a truck while towing a trailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a reliable, teachable team player willing to learn a specialized trade.
- Use essential tools such as drills, measuring tape, and extension ladders.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the scope of work and associated costs.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper service.
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain English proficiency.
Work Schedule:
- Work 4 days per week (40 hours) from Monday to Thursday.
- Participate in a 4-week training period with weekly performance evaluations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Training Salary: $50,000 annualized (for 45 days).
- Regular Pay: $55,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays.
- Performance Bonuses: Awarded in June and December, accompanied by a family meal.
